So far i've watched Attack on Titan and Parascyte
both were pretty good, i'd say AOT = 8.2/10, and Parascyte was a 7/10

but i was recommended a bunch of others as well:

Most of what you listed aren't horror besides Hellsing Ultimate, Another and Higurashi ( When they cry is Higurashi btw ) which I also recommend.

Tokyo Revengers '- I actually really liked this anime. 9/10 for me.
Gintama '- Not really horror, many people think this is a corny anime, but I have watched all seasons and the movie, movie sucked in my opinion, series was good though.

Fairy Tail '- Finished all seasons of this, not really a horror of course. Just your generic individuals with powers
Mob Psycho '- Decent, 7 or 8 out of 10 for me.
Kings Game '- Def your horror type anime
Another '- Horror mystery

When they Cry '- I just finished this series a month ago. It's a bit confusing at first. And the ending isn't as good as the everything that was before imo. Was a build up to...."Well, okay."
