You might like Attack on Titan or Parasyte. They're more action / horror than full on horror though.

Parasite is one of my fav mangos, animu is faithful from what I member. Would recommend that and AoT

First thing that comes to mind for good dubbed horror is Hellsing Ultimate. Should be available on funimation
