I just finished Magi, and let me say, it was probably one of the most meaningful anime I've ever watched. It was two seasons of 25 episodes, but it was worth every second of it to watch the end. I don't know how, but the writers of the show put so much emotion, meaning, and thought into it.
It makes you laugh and cry, think about whats good or bad, and more. The way they put the quote in the ending and built up to it was unbelievable. Rarely do I have something effect me so much, but this anime did it.

Its one of the best animes out there definitely.

when the first episode aired, the 1st episode of season 1 i was like WTF IS THIS PIECE OF **************
then everything changed.
Magi is really one of the best because it tells your about the past even if there's some fantasy build up in that, but who knows? maybe something similar happend in the past. WHO KNOWS?

It has an amazing plot. It's an anime you have to make yourself watch for the first bit, but after a while you see its true beauty.

decent shounen i suppose. i surely wouldnt give it a 10/10 but i was impressed with the huge pool of middle eastern folklore that they drew it from.

good shonen doesnt get better than that unfortunately

Show went to trash after genie dead.

Shame the animation quality was butchered a few times.

You guys aren't really looking at it at the way I am.
I'm not saying overall best, best graphics best story and best choices. I'm just saying it has the most meaning.
Season 2 entirely built upon the last two episodes, and they did it while proving a strong point. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
