Synopsis
The story revolves around Haruka Nanase, a boy who has always loved to be immersed in water, and to swim in it. Before graduating from elementary school, he participated in a swimming tournament along with his fellow swimming club members, Makoto Tachibana, Nagisa Hazuki, and Rin Matsuoka. After achieving victory, each of the boys went their separate ways.

Time passed, and in the middle of their uneventful high school lives Rin appears and challenges Haruka to a match, showing Haruka his overwhelming power. Not wanting it to end like this, Haruka, gathers together Makoto and Nagisa once again and brings a new member named Rei Ryugazaki to create the Iwatobi High School Swimming Club in order to defeat Rin.

I'm not even mad because I enjoyed the first season, and the animation quality on the second season makes it that much better.

I don't understand what males like about this show, haven't watched the first ep of the first season either.

Is it absurdly funny or something? That's the only reason I can honestly think of to watch this gay (in the true meaning of the word) show.

My irl friends who are all straight males want me to watch this also seen girls watch this I assume for a very a different reason :lol:

prety gay but heavy sol and fresh view on male cast instead of all harem/trap/etc
i watch s1 its more sol than sport anime but dont plan watch s2

Every episode has been giving me a better drive to swim more often. Now it's been a 2 hr/day habit.

Also episode 2 out.
