FLCL - Hilarious and extremely deep, with so much symbolism you can hardly handle it. That being said, if you can't follow it, its still very funny. Watch it dubbed, the voice acting is good and you can watch the animation better that way and pay attention to detail.
Ouran High School Host Club - Very funny, very gay. That being said, if you can drop your pride you'll enjoy it. Also a lot of symbolism (about society and various roles).
Gurren Lagann - Hilarious. Not my type of anime, but the sheer ridiculousness of everything that was happening kept me laughing the whole time. This is a classic, so if you haven't seen it you need to watch it eventually.
