I haven't watched the show yet but just want a few opinions on it first, is it worth watching and how does it compare to other titles? All welcome to their say.

IMO it's very much worth watching
can't think of anything to really compare it to though

If you dont watch it you'll miss out. Just saying.

I think it's incredible. Pretty intense and depressing at times, but definitely worth watching

read the manga, pretty kool, hella people be dying tho

manga is kinda poor compared to the anime, but the anime is quite slow compared to the manga as it explains everything quite well

I'd advise not reading the manga

agreed, i heard a lot better reviews from the anime than the manga

The manga won a Kodansha Manga Award in 2010. Which is the Oscar's of Manga. And besides the anime being a lot more drawn out it is exactly like the manga.
