This is Gamindustri. Beings called the Goddesses rule the countries of this unreal world. The four Goddesses govern four states: Planeptune, Lastation, Lowee, and Leanbox. For many long years, these countries fought each other over the Shares, the source of the Goddess power.
However, fearful that the conflict would pointlessly erode their countries' strength, the Goddesses signed a Friendship Treaty forbidding them from taking Shares by force.
Under the treaty, the Goddesses and their younger sisters took a step forward to a new stage in their relations. It was the dawn of a new, dynamic era marked occasionally by shared laughter, disputes as well cooperation.
What does the future hold in store for Gamindustri?

Been really looking forward to this cause I just love the games, although my expectations aren't high
For those that know nothing about the series it's pretty much a big joke/parody on the game industry with each goddess basically representing a console (Neptune is Sega's never released console, Noire is Playstation, Vert is Xbox, Blanc is Nintendo) and the sisters representing a handheld

Anyway hope a good group picks this up

Why yes. Yes I am looking forward to it. I don't want my expectations to be too high, but there's the inkly bit of hope that it will be good. I did enjoy the Disgaea anime even though I know a lot of people thought it was bad.

Have you beaten Victory yet? I've been putting it off so that some DLC can come out before I end up finishing it. I haven't checked in a month or two though, so there should be some stuff out for it now. Well, besides a million outfits that are only ok looking. -.-

Speaking of Disgaea, D2 is on pre-order right now. Gonna get one of the special editions with the guide, pretty much as a birthday present to myself since it's released the same day.

I beat Victory months ago, even made it my first plat and absolutely loved the game, enjoyed every moment and am waiting on post true end DLCs
i like disgaea games too, but not so big into them yet so i`m skipping on the preorder for d2, i did get T&E preordered though

I was thinking about it, but after reading up some of the gameplay mechanics, I wasn't too hot on the idea. It looked absolutely gorgeous on the cinematics though.

I platinum'd MK2, which was my 4th plat ever. Only took me a couple weeks to do it, too. I still gotta go back and get the true ending and finish off the platinum on the first game.

on a side note just noticed NISA sold out of every T&E copy both LE and SE so now i know what they ment when they sent out that high volume of orders e-mail

ep1 is out
but it's horrible subs using rips from funimation so it's a NOPE for me
waiting on decent sub group

So sexualized. It seems like another fan service only anime with no effort in the story.
