stuff my GF and i are into is like Queens Blade, Darker Than Black, high school of the dead, that type of thing

just finished both seasons of heavens lost property, was pretty funny. you should give it a shot

this is quite obvious, but violence and nudity are a plus. The anime should also have a good story (of course) lol.

please dont say Bleach or Naruto. Bleach was boring as hell after the 120th ep(b/c it was the same thing over and over again lol), and Naruto.... just bleh.

could try the fate series, basing off you liking darker than black. More actions than anything though.

You'd have a ton of more options if you switch to subs
