99% of the sites are uploading 480p anime.
if you want to really enjoy anime you need to download them @ 720/1080p.

use mIRC and xdcc download, horriblesubs has a guide on that on their site I believe.

If you wanna download the animes you watch go to
http://myanimelist.net/
Find the anime you want, scroll down and look for the top rated torrent,etc.
also that websites pretty good on anime/manga info.
