I just stumbled upon Gunsmith Cats, a 1995 three OVA series. I love the style of this anime. It's kind of silly and filled with action.

Yes! Awesome. Those are great. And, do you like Samurai Champloo? That is one of my favourites that is hand drawn. Samurai Champloo was done by "studio Manglobe, known for its traditional animation techniques".

Yep I like samurai champloo its gg. Seen only once so I don't have a bad recollection of it.

Noir and Hack Sign have one of the greatest Soundtracks in the Anime of This period ( -> Yuki Kakiura is At work* :P )
