While there's a strong argument in just not adapting books to TV shows since they tend to almost always be a let-down, we live in reality where adaptations are happening and have always happened.

What ones do you want to see?

Personally, i'd like to see The First Law series and its subsequent books turned into a TV show and done by HBO. Grimdark fantasy requires grit, dark humour, considerable world building and character investment and clearly that isn't Amazon's strong point nor do I think Netflix would do it properly since frankly there's not that many female leads in the original trilogy until you get to the next three books with Best Served Cold. They might end up making Bayaz a woman just because, which would toss his entire backstory off.

The Dragonlance series. They attempted an animated movie of the first book with a very half assed attempt but they could easily make a very successful fantasy series out of it with a live action attempt.

First Law would be amazing, if dont correctly. if it gets picked up on cable it will be terrible, needs to be a platform that can really do the dark parts justice as the best part of it is the gruesome Glokta torture scenes juxtaposed with almost parody level campy fantasy trope laden early Bayaz chapters. and then as you get lulled into thinking its the safe part of the series boom, someone gets turned into liquid by the first of the magi.

overall tho as flawed as they sometimes are i'll take a series over movies. 400 page books into 1.5 hr movies are a disaster.
