I was suggested His Dark Materials and absolutely loving it so far. Shadow and Bone, The Witcher, Wheel of Time.

Wheel of time I couldn’t get into it really, his dark materials, the Witcher which one 1st ?

I would say The Witcher because I absolutely love it, but i love the fantasy setting of slaying monsters lol. I'm at the end of season one of his dark materials and I think it's really great too. I would watch a trailer of each of them and see which one jumps out at you more.

Edit: what made wheel of time uninteresting for you ? I loved the fantasy setting and the locations but it was very weird. Absolutely beautiful though imo.
