So i vaguely remember a movie that was made I believe in the early 80s
which was pretty bizarre and im trying to find the title so i can re-watch
All I remember about it is it had something to do with a detective from oxnard? not quite sure about this lol
Also i am not sure if it carried out into the rest of the movie or it was just part of it as there would be random scenes in which i dont recall ever having to do with the beginning story
such as a scene that took place at a hospital and also they they through in a short video song about fish heads. Pretty random i know
