Yeah I'm not watching a film starring Jared Leto.

What reason do you not like Leto?

So one role that you didn’t like makes him bad? He won an Oscar for Dallas Buyers Club and he’s had several phenomenal performances.

havent seen those honestly maybe its partly im biased cause ledger did a amazing joker role idk.

ill still watch this movie it looks cool

Dude is a solid actor and even as bad as Suicide Squad is, Leto is hardly why the film fails.

Whether or not you dislike the guy personally, he's a phenomenal actor. As mentioned, he's great in Dallas Buyer's Club, but in pretty much everything he's in he excels. Requiem for a Dream, Lord of War, and The Outsider are a couple that come to mind.

That being said, I have zero positive expectations for this film lol.

His cringe horrible acting for the most part. I've turned multiple films off because of him, I've learned my lesson. He tries too hard to be something and unlike good actors, where they just become that character and you don't question it, with Jared too often you can just see how hard he is trying to become it.

In his own words, "I would rather have abject failure and know that I took great risks than mumble or whisper my way through a movie with an attitudinal coolness". And that's what has happened the majority of the time. The top actors put in performances that are a ballet of physical expression and movements with powerful or subtle line delivers that engross you, Jared has never come close to achieving that. But for some reason (his fan base of girls) he gets lead roles, like other actors who shouldn't have them. His name sells, the performance is poor. Rinse and repeat.
