Unfortunately it seems like Blount is going to be invincible in this franchise as it exists to prop up her career.
The baby is basically a mcguffin. I suppose it would be possible to kill the baby and replace it with the radio as the new mcguffin, but it would be nowhere near as effective.
I guess both the teens are expandable now that Cillian Murphy knows how the radio works.
