Trying crave+hbo few shows i wanna watch idk once im done watching those if itll still be worth it, will see. Can i get just hbo?

Prime video is fine cause cheap + amazon prime, but content is meh

Netflix is fine but theres just too much stupid shit in there and monthly fee keep raising. And literally everytime i want to watch a particular tv show or movie it's not in there.

Disney+ is okay cause cheap but seriously lack new content, should literally just pay 1 month every 1-2 year.

Whats your favorite streaming platform?

HBO is probably the best overall just cause HBO makes the best shows. Their movie selection is pretty solid. Warners just has so much to offer. All new Warner movies get put on the service they say they hit theaters.

Netflix is pretty decent, but they put out sooooo much garbage that it’s hard to find the good stuff. There’s still great original content, but it’s buried

Hulu is only good if you like cable shows. Cause it gets everything the day after it airs. Movie selection is bad and so is their original content.

Amazon Prime is alright, I don’t use it much. But I have found some great movies on there

Disney is shit. Only worth it if you are a Marvel and Star Wars fan boy

Agree on all accounts except Amazon. Amazon is amazing and on par or a close second to HBO for me, they have some of the best originals as well, Goliath and The Boys are two of my favorites, but there are plenty of awesome ones. They also have some of the best anime, if you're into that kind of thing (Vinland Saga is top notch).

my favourite is plex, it literally offers everything from all of those streaming services above and more, except it's all in 1 instead of 5+ subs.

Extremely low monthly fee too, cuz you're only paying for 1 instead of 5+.

Doesn't plex literally just middle-man, while providing zero content of their own? Yes, it'd be nice having everything in one place, but I'm not going to pay an extra fee so my lazy ass only has to click twice instead of four times whenever I switch to a different show..... You still would have to pay for all the subscriptions of the services you wanted to watch, so this is the exact opposite of what the guy is asking, since it's not a streaming service....

Would be like someone asking you what your favorite game is and you saying PS Now, but that would be more sensible.

Yup, you pay a company that provide the contents VIA plex

It's not an extra fee, cuz im paying $15/mo. (can be 5-20 depending on the provider) access to their plex server vs netflix, amazon, disney, hbo, etc, which add up to 100+/mo.

They usually offer free trials, 2 week free money back guarantee, can request content if for some reason you cannot find what you're looking for etc.

So you're claiming that you get every single one of those full services for $15/month? Gonna have to call bullshit on that one.

Their own site says the opposite, as do all of the reviews I've gone over for it.

So piracy with extra steps? You're paying someone to use their pirated version of things, and the availability of shows is dependent on whether or not they actually upload it? Why not just get a kodi, and again, not a fucking streaming service lol.

From my experience, i found kodi to be unstable at times and i need to use a VPN. Streaming old shows/movies may or may not work etc.

I mean, yeah if you had your own plex server to share with your friends the availability will be very limited. However these companies actually invest into their servers and provide the content as soon as it's available. You can still argue that it's not a streaming service platform, but im quite satisfied using their non-streaming service to stream all my shows and movies without any problems.
