Was recently announced Keanu Reeves will return as Constantine.

I can't believe they are doing Matt Ryan dirty like this, Keanu is a great guy and everything but Matt Ryan Constantine is actually the best comic book casting ever imo

I'd be estatic if they actually pulled of a cinematic Justice League Dark. But given their track record with world building, not expecting anything. Matt Ryan still has Legends, and they don't like crossing over from the small screen like that for some reason.

The swamp thing show was a good proof of concept I think, the production and creative issues aside. Just need a Doctor Fate and a Zatanna.

You aren't wrong, but I still think it is a mistake. Not only because Matt is so good, but also because I think there is power in relatively unknown actors playing roles with potentially multiple movies.

Movie vs Series. It makes sense to star Keanu if it's a sequel to the movie.

Would be weird if they didn’t cast Keanu for the sequel.
