I just watched the serie Unbelievable and it was realy good, from start to the end.

"A dramatization of the 2008–2011 Washington and Colorado serial rape cases, Unbelievable follows "Marie, a teenager who was charged with lying about having been raped, and the two detectives who followed a twisting path to arrive at the truth."

I recomand it to you.

It's only 1 season of 8 episodes.

do you happen to know how dramatized it is? Is it comparable to To Die For where they just take inspiration from a real premise and get creative with it? Or is it like The People v. O. J. Simpson where they keep all the names and dates the same?

Thats a "true crime" fiction. So yes, based on real events posted in the newspaper ProPublica. So i think its comparable to To die for yes. The rapes were not really posted in medias, so thats more a dramatization than a real true story as for OJ which was 100% in the medias !

If you know the story of Sylvia Likens, i would say this show is more like "The Girl Next Door" where the movie is a dramatization of the events than "An American Crime" which is supposed to be the real story inspired by what was said at the trial.

made it 2.5 episodes so far. the story is interesting, but damn little miss mary sue supercop is annoying af. I had to mute the tv through one of her hissyfits. if she's the main character of the series, i don't think i am going to be able to power through.
