'The story of how Mötley Crüe came to be one of the most notorious rock 'n roll groups in history.'

We watched this at work last night. Was really fun. Not a massive budget or huge studio film like Bohemian Rhapsody biopic, but still pretty good. Just dont expect that level. This is a true party movie, I mean just look at the source material... Motley Crue lol.

Its directed by Jeff Tremaine(jackass) which I wasnt sure about, but I think he did a good job with what he had. Other question mark I had was Machine Gun Kelly playing Tommy Lee. But if you close your eyes, he sounds just like him. I think he did pretty well.

Check it out if you are looking for just a fun ass movie. Has some iconic true story scenes in it too, the Ozzy Osbourne scene is a legendary true event which is hilarious. The film is based on the autobiography/memoir written by all 4 band members titled 'The Dirt: Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band' and the band has their hands all over it as producers.

They break the 4th wall a lot and talk to you directly through the eyes of each band member, which I liked as well

I haven't watched this yet, but plan to soon as its on the list.

I've heard nothing but good things about this movie outside the typical complaint of trying to squish everything into 2 hours. Irrelevant though as it apparently gets the point and entire story across really.
