I recently seen a trailer for this with bill hader and henry winkler. I've also seen the ratings are pretty good and that they both won emmys for this show.

So, basically I'm wondering if it is work the watch? Because I do love henry winkler and it seems kind of like a dark comedy.

Thoughts on this show anyone?

i watched it a while back, it was pretty good.

Yeah everyones good, he just makes me laugh the most on the show, the foreign guys (the bald dude) are funny too.

It is crazy that it is more unusual to see a bad show on HBO than a classic all time great caliber show.


Pretty sure S2 starts the end of this month too.

I just finished the series and I thought it was pretty good. I also noticed Goran was the guy they were looking for the entire time in true detectives season 1 lol. Also, agree the foreign guys and the bald are funny. I realized barry's handler is the same guy who was in dodgeball and that was a looooong time ago.

Overall, it had a pretty good assortment of actors, comedy, serious parts, and henry winkler playing a dick acting coach was funny too.

Looking forward to how season 2 goes starting march 31st.
