I can understand why they did it though. He is by far the most famous name attached to the film and a lot of people like his previous works. Not that any of that should be relevant but from a marketing standpoint I can see why they put his name in the trailer. You are right though. Usually this does mean you should lower your expectations lol.

I probably won't see it in theaters unless I hear good things about it. Looks to have some potential but like most movies I doubt it will live up to it.

Can they get sued for this?

I would hope that the legalities must have been worked out already and they aren’t just relying on the name swap to be sufficient
