I've finished watching all the shows on my list, up to date.

I need a new show (or a few), preferably a show that has at least 1 season completed... cause ya, not interested in starting a show that's currently ongoing.

I've seen way to many to list... so, I'll just say one; I've seen all the Marvel shows :p

Not interested in comedy, almost anything else is fine.

P.S.
Which Marvel movie had the following scene; Scarlett was interrogating a dirty military General, while tied to a chair, got a call then had to flee.
I watched 2 Marvel movies, trying to find that scene, lol. Figured I'd ask before I go mad :wallbash:

-Thanks, James :)

The Avengers (2012). Took me 4 sec to google that. You should try it out.

Post your list of shows you’ve finished so people can recommend you something based on that?

I bet if you googled "movie scene Scarlett Johansson tied to a chair" you'd get your answer

Californication.

Amazing show with David Duchovny. I'm on the final season (6) now.

You using Jeeves or what? I searched that exact quote, and it came up as the first result.... Just to test your last post, I tried it just cutting out your overly long/pointless description of the scene and with "Scarlett tied to a chair", and the first thing that comes up is the answer lol. Broadening the mind is always a worthwhile exercise, but it's not something that someone incapable of using a search engine properly in 2018 should be recommending.

Anyways, on point.

The way you're asking for suggestions is just awful. If you want good shows (this is subjective, good shows to me and to you could be very different), we'd need at least a small list of things you enjoyed and things you didn't enjoy. Otherwise we're just pissing in the fucking wind. Saying you watched a bunch of trash (Marvel), doesn't really help at all in selecting something else for you, other than knowing that your standards are pretty low, but this could just be superhero fanboy behavior, without a list of a few other movies, it's once again impossible for me to aptly give suggestions.

That being said, I'll throw a couple of actually good shows at you and you can give them a shot if you haven't seen them.

HBO - HBO > most anything else

WestWorld - Second season starts this month.
True Detective - Two finished seasons, each season is its own show with a beginning, middle, and end.
Game of Thrones - Final season starts this month.
The Wire - Five seasons. Completed show.
Deadwood - Three seasons. This show didn't get the ending it deserved, but it's still an entertaining watch, and some closure in the form of a movie is supposedly coming in the near future.
The Sopranos - Technically 6 seasons, but really 7. Completed show.
The Leftovers - Three seasons. Completed show.

Non-HBO

Breaking Bad - 6 seasons, finished. (On Netflix)
Sons of Anarchy - 7 seasons, finished. (On Netflix)
Sneaky Pete - 2 seasons, ongoing.
11.22.63 - 1 seasons, finished. (Hulu original)
House of Cards - 5 seasons, ongoing. (Netflix original)
Stranger Things - 2 seasons, ongoing. (Netflix original)
Sherlock - 4 seasons, most likely finished. (On Netflix)
Mindhunter - 1 seasons, ongoing. (Netflix original)
Mad Men - 7 seasons, finished.
Black Mirror - 3 seasons (Netflix original)
Making a Murderer - 1 season (Netflix original)
Dexter - 8 seasons, finished. (On Netflix)
Narcos - 2 seasons (Netflix original)

That should be enough to keep you going for awhile. If you have specific questions about any of them, feel free to ask here or to pm me. If you change your mind about comedy, or if you like dark comedies, lmk, and I could add a decent amount of shows to the list right now. Could keep going if I thought about it more, but this should be enough. Also, if you're interested in anime, I could give you quite a few good starter shows for that genre as well. Hope this helps.

My google search was from my original post, "Scarlett was interrogating a dirty military General".
After WelSh's recommendation, I was talking to myself when I wrote: "broaden your mind".

Only reason I watched the shows, you call "trash" was because I had nothing to watch. To past time, I watch them.

I bolded the shows I haven't heard of. The Leftovers is the only 1 I think I heard mentioned before, somewhere...
I'll look into them. Everything else, I've seen or have.

Not much interested in anime. I have all the Dragon Balls, Castlevania, and a few samurai type movie/show animes.
But I'd give a go to more samurai type animes.

Comedy, I mean, I have the Californication Dvds but, I don't think of those as comedy. I have all Silicon Valley also, this is more comedy but.. ya I don't laugh alot at it.

Thanks :)

^ Alright, well you've seen quite a lot. Deadwood is pretty fucking great, Sneaky Pete's first season was awesome, but one thing in particular just KILLED the second season for me, but other than that it was pretty good and it's almost certainly coming back for a third season. Black Mirror is like a modern version of the twilight zone, but where everything focuses around some aspect of technology. Each episode is its own entity and some of them are great, some of them are meh, and some of them are downright horrible. I was skeptical at first, but there are some pretty fucking great ones that make it well worth the watch. Mindhunters seems painfully bad at first, but get through the first episode and it really picks up. One of the better things Netflix has turned out. The Leftovers is a pretty trippy show, if you enjoyed the other HBO shows on the list, you'll probably enjoy that one as well.

Couple other random comedies I'll throw out then if they're not completely off the table.

Shameless
Bojack horseman
and since you watched the superhero shows, check out Misfits. British show that's pretty funny and based around kids with superpowers. First season or two were awesome, but it just kept getting worse and worse when they started losing cast members and trying to replace them.

Samurai anime is pretty limited if you want something that's actually good, but I'll give you a couple off the top of my head.

Samurai Champloo - Guessing you've probably seen this if you've looked into samurai anime at all, but it's one of the best if not the best.
Basilisk - Decent show about warring ninja clans - Not quite samurai, but pretty close
Afro Samurai - There's a show and a movie, both are short but worth watching. The plot is kinda meh, but the animation is fucking legit and Samuel Jackson kills it.
Sword of the Stranger - Pretty decent movie about a roaming samurai
Ninja Scroll - Older movie, but it does hold up. Some gratuitous nudity in the beginning which can be enough to make some people stop watching, but it's only right at the start, and it's not a movie with heaps of fan service bullshit like loads of newer shows/movies today in the genre.

Hope some of these are at least enjoyable for you, but it seems like you've already watched a bunch of the better stuff. Sorry for my condescending/rude tone, I misunderstood what you were going for, and I apologize for that.
