You realize that every good movie you call garbage, and every terrible movie you praise right?

None of these awards mean a god damn thing. Its all popularity contests and dick sucking. Actual merit means nothing.

Actually agreed with this.

Award ceremonies are always a fucking joke, but it is nice on occasion when a truly deserving movie wins a bunch of awards.

We've seen it time and time again though, fucking Gravity, Bird Man etc... so many ass movies have won awards, while truly brilliant films get fucking snubbed. That's how it goes, and that's why you should just not give a shit.

Were you expecting Saving Private Ryan, or what? It was a well done movie. Directing was great, acting was great, camera work was great, scenery, sound etc... were all great lol. What about it makes it trash? Not enough pew pew KAPLOW! for you? I know you love Michael Bay films.... so maybe you should just stick to watching things of that caliber. Everyone can like w/e they want, but you can't be fucking serious if you want everyone to share your opinions when the only movies you like are shit that is completely void of everything that makes a good film good.
