It was good but it was just that.
A standard movie with nothing special about it.

You could say that about every big movie that came out this year.

No interest in seeing it. Saw the Original last week, it's decent but now I had my fill.

By original do you mean the seven samurai or do you mean the other american remake.

We be remaking your remakes, remake inception.

Seen both, the Magnificent Seven could be a standalone title though, it just borrowed the concept of seven guys helping villagers.
You could also say that every western in the 70's-80's is a remake of Yojimbo.

Don't know what the new remake would offer that is worth seeing. Probably flashy special effects and bigger explosions.

You'd be right because every western copied Leone and Leone made an actual remake of Yojimbo :P
