It's about someone who ends up travelling to the future and goes off a theorie where dumb people repopulate and smart people just wait... and wait...and it's too late so the planet becomes dumber by the generation.
Don't remember too much about the movie but remember they replaced all water with Gatorade (or something along those lines) and are wondering why crops won't grow and such.
I think the movie is older then 6 years old.
