it was recommended here ages ago in this forum. I think it was released around 2010-2014. It's not a well known movie.
I can't remember the plot all I remember, it's about this town or an area of town submerged under water and it's abandoned. A guy goes in (i think there was a girl involved). The story had a very deep meaning. The area which was submerged represented and symbolized something.
don't bother googling key words, i've tried. unless you've watched the trailer or seen the movie you won't know it.
