For the life of me I cannot remember the name
A writer moves next door to a family
At the end-ish the teenage girl of the family takes a used condom from the writer guy and uses it to get herself pregnant then claims he raped her.
At the very end shes in a mental hospital.

Any help? I dont know if he was a writer for sure. Also I think it was in the 90's or late 80's.
