So Luke Cage is... indestructible ? What does Iron Fist do? And Defenders... is that like the Avengers with different characters?

Yes luke is essentially indestructible, iron fist is basically a master of chi, he can channel his own energy into performing super human acts, he is not indestructible though and using his power drains him physically and mentally to the point where he basically has to sit the day out. The defenders are essentially a group like the avengers, majority of the avengers have been part of the defenders at some point.
