Then I highly recommend Jiro Dreams of Sushi, such a good documentary, great soundtrack and the passion shown in this film is realy moving.

Jiro Has 3 Michelin Stars definitely know of the man and documentary haha..

/e speaking of that documentary though David Gelb the guy who directed Jiro Dreams Of Sushi Also has an interesting documentary/series called Chef's table it was also well worth the watch.
