I'm talking about the guy doing the voice, Kevin Conroy.

He did the voice of batman in the cartoons back when I was a kid. He did the voice for the Arkham video game series too and a lot of other Batman animated films.

Him and Mark Hamill make this worth watching. It also helps that it is one of the most intriguing batman story arcs in my opinion.
