This one was 53, fail!

also, the khal scoffs at dany when she says she's the queen of mereen then acts like he believes her when she says she was drogo's wife

he could be just playing around, pretending to "call her bluff" so he can bring her back with the other widows, but that doesn't seem consistent with his character. More likely, he wouldn't care what she says and just rape her as he planned.
