Not sure where I should ask this. My buddy is having trouble while streaming on amazon. Every 10 min or so it goes into some kind of energy saving mode. The picture goes really dark and only goes back to normal when you press a button on the controller. This is on the xbox 1 btw.

Anyone know what might be causing this? It just started happening a few days ago and only does it on amazon video.

We checked all the options on amazon, the tv and xbox, but couldn't find any solution there.
