They're all in the same universe ? Of course they'll tie into each other. Doc Strange will most likely be in one of the Infinity War movies.

The only thing that will ruin this is if they introduce "The Beyonder" ... the only being that can destroy everything with a single thought.
Pheonix died because he thought it an wolverine doesn't return from obtaining the 5 gemstones for the glove, and where he singlemindedly
made all heroes and arch-nemisises battle for the outcome of humanity... The beyonder was way too powerful and they finally came up
with a way to destroy him.

Been many years since I read those series, maybe google can help explain it all better.
