New Series on A&E, watched it cause I liked the movie.

Sorry that i did, crap acting, worse plot if you can even call it a story, no suspense.
Why do they totally kill classic movies?
Oh wait - the Exec producer from the Walking Dead made this?

i kinda liked it, can't really judge a show by a pilot but i thought it had a lot of room for growth and development i'll be looking for the second episode after the magicians next week

I did like Barbara Hershey, she's a good actor. Maybe they were just trying to cram too many ideas into the pilot, like why did they have to kill that priest and his friend off so fast.
Suspense by nature is seductive suggestion, not stupid sensational plot. Show needs to dig up Alfred Hitchcock and get some tips.

the problems are with you, not the show. you wanted to watch an old movie favourite again for the first time but that's not what this is.
fact is noone who watched this first episode has a clue where the show is gonna go from here.

No the problem is with you, the acting is boring, people lack any character, the plot is stupid, the music is over dramatic, the suspense is a disgrace. I'll really be surprised if the show lasts the season. They're only trying to compete with Fox's show Lucifer and they have a semi decent show - The Bates Motel - as a lead. This is how Hollywood competes, putting out a similar attempt that's complete crap and hope people are so turned off by the subject. This show is so bad it makes The Walking Dead look like Oscar material, and that show is awful.
