For those of you who give a fuck, is this the worst lex Luthor ever?
I think this was horrible casting because I can't imagine this actor doing it any other way. Lex Luthor is supposed to be fucking brilliant. This portrayal has none of the gravitas you'd expect from the character. The writing seems subpar as well.

he seems joker esque , doesn't seem nearly as bad as you are making him out to be.

the trailer was good until last 20-30 seconds should have just cut that shit

People always complain when it's not something THEY envisioned, the reality is that the character role and dynamic needs to change or it doesn't appeal to today's age.

Even if he was cast as Lex Luthor SR it would have been fine, change is necessary.

Also, you're criticizing his public persona in a short trailer as if it represents his entire character while ignoring his subtle and sadistic private persona that was also hinted at.
