A false and pointless statement.
This just wasn't good.... Kudos to you if you enjoyed it, I just don't see how anyone could. Despite the obvious inaccuracies in the story (which should not happen in a fan-made), everything else was poorly executed. People just need to leave DBZ alone. It'd take a miracle to pull off one that would even be considered as acceptable in a live action adaptation.
They obviously made the story cell instead of the androids to have a monster in it instead of just two more humans.(which is perfectly fine as it changes nothing in the big picture if things, and does make the story better for the sake of the film).
The action was done fairly well. They made almost no one talk which was a great idea as it helps mask bad acting.
My biggest issue is no one was cast properly except Dr. Brief, with second place being Bulma.
