Didn't know what to expect given the channel it airs on and the topic of the show, but I'm 2 episodes in and it's better than a bunch of the new shows.

The story revolves around a reality TV producer who's job it is to emotionally manipulate contestants in order to get the desired reactions on camera. It's pretty raw and interesting.
