I suspect Boll has an impressive collection of blackmail pics.

You might not like him or his films but he has a valid point. Atleast he has some kind of vision with his films of course almost all of them turn to shit but atleast they aren't generic and formualic.

All he is saying is that the movie making climate is fucking shit if you're making indiefilms and he's not wrong.

His words are correct, but his actions send a conflicting message. His actions support the viewpoint that giving money to an independent artist is just throwing it down the drain.

He stands as a monument to the viewpoint that the indiefilm making climate deserves to be shit. I don't hold that viewpoint myself, but his work gives that belief some validity.

he sounds like a massive asshole

he seems to be under the illusion that his films are great and is under appreciated

then he insults a competing film "wizard in the forest" that got half a million euros out of pure jealousy

topping it off with how much money he has, implying he's above the rest of us plebs

this video that he made was a testament to his immaturity

he pretty much found the worst way possible to make his point and turned the world against him

if he wanted to make a valid point about the struggling indie film industry

the LEAST he could do was select a video title other than "fuck you all"

He is. Sure he's immature about it but that dosen't make it less true. I can't quit my dayjob and do whatever the fuck I want til retirement and im guessing neither can you, if he can and he got to that position not through inheritence but through work then he is ahead of us wheter you like it or not.
