I don't know why you felt the need to "take a shot" at me here, but okay...
The Flashpoint Paradox was probably my all time favorite major dc event to read. I owned all the tie-ins, singles, etc. Best read with I think the flash series they did 12 issues of right before if I'm not mistaken? Along with time masters? Yeah, I had those too. Great fucking story right before the New 52 "reboot". A great way to lead in to the new 52 imo, but yes, what they've done after has been lackluster. I mostly just read image stuff now, and don't even collect singles anymore. The movie did it justice, but I still wanted it to be like 4 hours long to show everyone's story arcs.
Scott Snyder's new 52 Batman IS however, imo, one of the best things DC has ever put out. And that's coming from a LONG TIME reader. Geoff Johns did a pretty good job on Justice League imo too. I read that up through Forever Evil. Which actually was a good "event", just really lost a lot of traction towards the end. I also read that series with all the tie-ins, which wasn't actually too bad.
Oh, and the Snyder/Lemire colab on Animal Man and Swamp Thing 1-18 story arc was phenomenal.
Anyways, back on point. I still think most people who still enjoy DC stuff are going to watch this. Despite what it looks like.
From what I've seen from the full trailer, doesn't look that interesting.
Reboot was the worst thing dc could ever do to its fans
And it did a reboot because of all the fucked up shit they did to their characters right before it
All of this political shit has got to go
It's ok to make new characters and they have plenty of diversity already
The new justice league movie with darkseid wasn't bad but holy fuck wtf did they do to superman
I figured they would stray away from the new 52 superman
If it looks good, I'll watch it. This right here doesn't look good to me at all and doesn't even feel like dc or the characters I grew up with
