its a old serial killer, likes to dress up like a lady. When the killer was young he was forced to become a girl by his mother. He could take over peoples souls and make them do as he liked.
I just remember a part where they enter a hidden house where he had his child memories played up before the intruders (the people that was trying to investigate) and also a room where there were covered up dolls with sheets over their heads and they would all start to move.. in this room there were also things that the killer used to commit the murders.
I hope that you can identify the movie for me.. dont know the year that it was made, have been searching for +2 hours now, drives me mental. If u can find the right movie I will send you some fg (I will get from friend)
