I watched the first Capt America and Iron Man movies, thought they were total crap. Had to really push myself to finish them. The Spiderman movies, on the other hand, were really good for the most part. Dark Knight trilogy was somewhat in between.

What other superhero movies are actually good? I mean good characters and stories that you can get into. Don't need flimsy plots and heavy reliance in CGI and epic action sequences.

I think the only superhero movies I really liked were the Batman (although he's more of a hero than a superhero) movies by Nolan, and Watchmen.

The new Spider Man and X-Men movies are pretty good aswell though.

Unbreakable, like carteblanche said, is also good, although I wouldn't really call it a superhero movie.
