I really enjoy films about degen gamblers, pokersharks, billiard / pool players and con artists.
Non documentary is a must.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

Loved it as a kid, haven't seen it in forever.

Lock stock and two smoking barrels (not predominantly about poker but it kick starts the rest of the movie, and it's very good imo)
