all i know is its black and while film and quite old, about some skinny guy in prison who understood physics behind boxing and started KO'ing everyone in prison fights.

I hope this helps i dont rly know anything else about this film

Well I guess it's worth a shot:

Undisputed ( or maybe Undisputed II ) comes to my mind.

It's not black/white and the main character isnt skinny though.

edit: It isnt too old either, but 2002 is at least "a bit older"
