watched a low budget joke ass movie on youtube a while ago and forgot the title and its bothering me

it was basically a beauty and the beast remake except it wasn't animated


it's about this mean rich guy who hires an assistant and he treats her like shit and then she begins to change him and he becomes nicer


i distinctly remember a scene where he throws some papers in her face while they are on a wooden balcony, it was a speech she was writing for him


and the girl has a weird creep stalker that is in to her that she rejects

this movie was set in modern times and id say was made no earlier than 2007

the guy was a self centered jerk and some chick changes his appearance (mainly just scars and such)
his dad hired top notch specialists, but they said there wasnt anything they could do about it.
