My guess is that the movie is dated around 2005.

what I remember from it:

The lead actor is being trained.
The lead actor has to eat for every meal of the day oat flakes
The lead actor has to open drawers and stuff during a period of time (in a kitchen if i remember right) and he had to remember exactly what he saw there.. amount of cups amount of plates etc etc

I remember he even had to see what was the garbage

I know this is a weird description, but really cant remember what the movie was about..

anyway you never know somebody might know this.

for sure not superman xD i was thinking it was a bourne like movie..

if you're thinking a spy-ish movie, the recruit maybe? i dont remember if it was oat flakes, but there's a scene where he goes in the kitchen, tastes expired milk, and has to report his findings
