I did have a few laughs, but it surely wasn't the funniest episode they've had.
It was a nice 1st ep. showing where everyone is at, and the tasks ahead of them.
The timeline is quite odd Imo. weeks past, since the S3 finaly, and those dragons have grown ALOT.
Dany and her crew traveled quite a bit. From Yunkai to Meereen. And dragons are supposed to grow fast if they have food and freedom.
Overall I'm satisfied with the episode. Big plusses to Arya+Hound, Anything with Jaime and hype for Oberyn! The Red Viper of Dorne has come to seek justice for Elia and her children. Beware King's Landing, this is not a snake you want to tread on...
Only downside is the awful material they gave new Daario. I understand they're trying to make him into a bit more comic relief (RIP Strong Belwas ;..;), but that just doesn't work. He's supposed to ooze charisma and be a coldblooded murderer. Not a lovesick puppy.
And I didn't like the Thenns becoming cannibals. They're supposed to be a bit more organised than the average wildling.
