Honestly, I have to go with Lucifer. Mark Pellegrino just does such a fantastic job.
Also the few episodes where we see Sam possessed by Lucifer, Jared Padalecki does a good freaking job as well.

I mean Castiel is obvious amazing and the best and has survived longer than originally intended because Misha is so great, but fuck...Mark...so good.
