i know it has a serial killer that poisons his neighbor with an egg. i also remember another serial came around and to compete with him he murders a bunch of people in a movie theatre. other than that i dont remember much about the movie. every time i try googling it the batman killer thing pops up or some random poisoning serial killers. has anyone seen this movie and know what its called?
