-house baratheon making big waves aswell. travels north.
-house tyrell takes Castle Black under Loras Tyrell (PLOT TWIST UNDISCOVERED HERE)
-house targareon makes the biggest splash of all in the books. danny targ. gains more power in westoros refusing marriages and such. the raven in stark's dream hints that it is the forgotten BloodRaven Targ. Aegon Targ. is rediscovered and comes to the 7kingdoms like a boss with his own army, "The Gold Company". targareon is looking stronk as fuck my buzzins.
-house stark, all over the world. only legitimate stark left is bran who is secured in a cave of mystical beings and is helped by captain onion Davos. Bran is starting to scheme all kiinds of gains.
-house jon snow, foolin everyone especially House Bolton. sends his lord commander and fatboy to fulfll the prophecy that is to destroy the firegods. escaping approach from the wights. scheming things. is "caught" and "killed" by men who find out of his plans and fucking ygritte, the wildling.



this is what I have so far in the books.
however, some parts of this is not possible in the TV shows as we don't necessarily see GreatJon of house Umber held captive but rather just a bloody murder highlight of every notable character.
aegon's rise and bloodraven's appearance i think is way too fast to be in two season even though they occur almost simultaneously within key events in the book so...... idk what they're going to do other than put 3seasons right now or just not include like 70% of the stuff that happens lool. they definitely need to put a more concrete explanation of how Loras obtains castle black because ofc it is a movie and not a book where you can fog it up very well. idk maybe the director of this season will know what hes doing.

Then I read most of the thread and was like

the TV show doesn't really follow the books lol. they kill of MAIN character from the book randomly or don't even include them. they find random ways to skip over 50-60pages through mental breakthroughs the characters have out of thin air.

Well obviously they have to leave out some detail and some things just don't translate well to TV. The show has done a pretty good job though given the realities of TV production.

What main characters have they killed off in the show that wasnt in the book? Robs wife doesn't really count she's barely a character in the books and is totally irelevent after the red wedding. Only other ones I can think of are a few minor dothraki characters.
