Hey I'm looking for new tv shows to watch and at the same time I'm trying to compile a list of tv shows (good or bad) along with the ratings you would give them on a scale of 1 to 10 so I can build a database and share it with everyone. It doesn't matter if a show has already been rated, I'm interested in as much opinions as possible. You can also provide the network on which the series is shown to see if there is some sort of trend and an explanation on why the show was good or bad. Here's my ratings so far:

The Walking Dead: 8/10
Sons of Anarchy: 7/10
Breaking Bad: 9.5/10
Games of Thrones: 8.5/10
House of Cards: 7.5/10
Lost: 6/10
Suits: 7.5/10
Entourage: 7/10

Checkout The Wire. Starts slow but its worth the watch. 9.4 Rating

My thoughts exactly. I've heard a theory on why the last few seasons were so bizarre and uncoordinated. Apparently, at one point the writers started feeding off ideas from fans who were trying to come with explanations and predictions on different internet forums and blogs.




Yeah I know but I feel imdb is overwhelmingly generous with their ratings when it comes to tv shows. For example, only 3 movies have a rating of 9, the highest being 9.3 whereas tv shows with a rating of 9+ is not uncommon. At least 4-5 shows had a rating of 9.5+ in the last 2 years alone.
